![]() | Corned Beef Clothing HANDY HINT #4 Supplied by French Burds Granny It was French Peasants who invented this traditional type of clothing by during the WW2 occupation in 1942. Here we give it a 'modern day twist'. Ingredients: 10 tins of Corned Beef (dependent on your size) 1 Spinning Wheel 2 knitting needles Size 10 Method: Mash together all of the tins of corned beef. Here is the tricky bit, but practice will make perfect. Gently "spin" meat into hanks of a wool-like texture. Then the corned beef wool will have to be rolled into balls. It can then be knitted into any type of fashion garment that you require. Note. As you can see from the photo (left). The French peasants have perfected this to a fine art They reckon that it is the best thing to do with corned beef as they would never consider putting it anywhere near their mouths. Editors Note. They may have a point, I wonder what they can make with Spam and Bacon Grill? |

![]() ![]() | CELEBRITY CHEFS RECIPE #3. On a regular basis, we will be asking well known culnery wizards for their Corned Beef suggestions. Here we have our first wonderful recipe suggestion by Guest Celebrity Chefs, Fanny & Jonny Cradock. Ingredients: 1 tin of Corned Beef I Lidle baked bean Method: Pretty much the same as recipe #2, but this time the succulent South American meat is shaped into a "love nest". Be patient when carving, as it is not the easiest shape in the world to create. Once again, when you are happy with your meat, add 1 Lidle baked bean to create the "wee man in the boat" effect. ENJOY AND REMEMBER, "WE HOPE ALL YOUR CORNED BEEF TURNS OUT LIKE FANNY'S" |
